Purpose of report: To advise on the likely cost of dealing with the items on the waiting lists and seek guidance on which items to prioritise.

The Executive Members will be asked to approve the following:  
Approve advertising TRO’s to aid cycle movement.
Approve the removal of redundant TRO’s.
Approve further investigation for potential new TRO’s.
