Purpose of Report: To consider provisions of the recent The
Business and Planning Act 2020, which received Royal Assent on 22
July 2020 with publication by government on 25 July 2020.
The Executive Member is asked to consider the consequences and
implementation of The Business and Planning Act 2020 and the
implications for the city of York.
This item will now be considered on the 1 September 2020, to allow for time to consider the government's recently issued planning consultation.
