Parking Services back office system development
Purpose of report to provide an update following on from the
Executive Decision session in November 2019 which committed to
improving the customer experience with a better online system for
parking. The report will update on the work to make the system as
inclusive as possible and the technical changes required to the
Traffic Regulation Orders..
The Executive Member will be asked to confirm the details of how
each permit type will be managed and the work to ensure a customer
focused approach. To consider the technical changes of the traffic
regulation orders to implement the proposed changes.
