Consultation process
Statute determines any future public consultation at the
appropriate time. This decision is to simply submit a set of asks
for Government to consider. Government will then be asked to
propose a potential Devolution Deal which will then be formally
considered by the Executive and Council.

devolution deal is offered by Government, appropriate consultation
will take place with the public in the future.
