Purpose of report: To set out the current situation regarding
footfall counters in the city centre and present options for future
development in collaboration with York BID.
The Executive Member is asked to note short term changes which are
being made to ensure continuity of data and decide what the future
arrangements should be with regard to extending data
collection.
