Purpose of Report: To set out progress to date on
schemes in the 2018/19 E&P Capital Programme and propose
adjustments to scheme allocations to align with the latest cost
estimates and delivery projections.
The Executive Member is asked to approve the amendments to the
2019/20 E&P Capital Programme.
