Purpose of Report: To report back to the Executive of the conclusions of the Economy and Place Policy Scrutiny committee’s task group of Elected Members and to consider officer recommendation’s in respect of the Scrutiny Report.

Executive are asked to acknowledge findings of the Scrutiny report and consider the recommendation outlined in the report.
