Purpose of Report: The report provides an update on York Central and presents options on how to proceed with work on the development, including detailed design work on securing further improvements to the development, and a Reserved Matters planning application for the first phase of enabling infrastructure.

The Executive are asked to agree further activity and the release of further funding for the design and planning work for the first phase of enabling infrastructure.
