Purpose of Report:
Inform Members about the progress on bids for funding to the
DfT and consideration of funding
requirements.
General progress on the Junction Improvement Programme and seeking
Member support to seek compulsory purchase powers to acquire land
and rights.
The Executive will be asked to give approval to proceed with
preparation of Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) to acquire land for
the delivery of the project.
Approve provision of future funding requirements as outlined in the
report.
