Purpose of Report: To let the above buildings to community
organisations for long leases in accordance with the
Council’s Community Asset Transfer Policy as part of the
implementation plan for the Community and Operational Asset
Strategy.
The report will ask Executive to approve the lettings of these
buildings to the community organisations.
