Purpose of report: Consideration of the Objections Raised for the
Proposed Loss of Public Open Space at Rowntree Lodge, Rowntree Park in respect of the proposal to convert
the upper two floors of the Lodge into holiday let accommodation.
The report will also update the financial business case for the
proposal.
The report will ask Members to consider the objections raised and
the revised business case and seek members’ approval to
continue with the proposal previously endorsed by Executive to
convert the upper two floors into holiday let
accommodation.
