Six month update report on impact of welfare benefit changes and financial inclusion activities
This paper will update
the Executive Member on the ongoing impact of recent and imminent
welfare benefits changes in York, including Universal Credit, and
importantly the support available for residents in dealing with
these challenges. It will look at the available support for
residents including local welfare support and other financial
inclusion activity.
The Executive Member will be asked to note the issues raised in the
report and action taken or planned to address them.
