Housing ICT Programme – Sign-Off for Chosen Housing ICT Solution Contract
Purpose of Report: This report will set out the proposed chosen IT solution that has been selected as part of the full Housing ICT Programme procurement process for a replacement Housing and Building Services ICT System. The report will set out the summary of the tender process, who submitted bids and a summary of overall scores as well as the chosen solution proposed.
Members are asked to sign-off for signing of a 5-year contract with
a chosen IT supplier for a contract value of over
£500,000.
This item has been withdrawn as the item had already been approved as part of the current capital programme and does not need further consideration by the Executive.

The Housing ICT Programme has had involvement from over 30 subject
matter experts (SMEs) throughout the process from the start of the
programme giving feedback on all aspects of the programme –
service design, input to technical and business requirements and
involved in the assessment of tenders and chosen final solution. No
tenant or external consultation has been carried out so far as this
is not yet appropriate and will happen later in the implementation
phase as we start to finalise system designs.
