Animal Welfare Licensing Policy
Purpose of Report: To obtain final approval of Licensing Policy and
conditions in relation to animal welfare licensing.
The Executive is asked to give final approval of a Licensing Policy
and conditions relating to animal welfare licensing (animal
boarding establishments, dangerous wild animals, pet shops, riding
establishments, dog breeding, zoos, performing animals). The Policy
was approved by Gambling, Licensing and Regulatory Committee on 6
March 2018.
