Purpose of report: The Councils Arboricultural Policy for the management of the City of York Council’s Public Trees has been in operation for two and half years. Experience over that time has highlighted the need to include additional policy statements on trees in formal landscapes, woodland management and Ward funding for tree care and management.
The Executive Member will be asked to: Agree to the updated policy.
