Purpose of Report: To establish a programme for the use of Council property assets including commercial housing delivery, letting and or sale of property. To determine the financial budget and assets to be included in the programme and the objectives to be achieved.

The Executive will be asked to consider options in respect of asset budget and objectives for the proposed commercial programme.
