Purpose of Report: To inform Members of the recommendations made in the Examiner’s Report and to explain the Council’s response to these and to gain approval of the subsequent Decision Statement to allow the Neighbourhood Plan to proceed to Referendum.

Executive will be asked to:  The report will recommend that Members approve the proposed modifications recommended in the Examiner’s Report and the Council’s Decision Statement to allow the Poppleton Neighbourhood Plan to proceed to Referendum.

Consultees included in Schedule 1 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 , and people who live, work and do business in the parishes of Upper or Nether Poppleton.
