Purpose of Report: To update Members on the Minerals and Waste Joint Plan following the Publication consultation in December 2016 and to request their approval of the proposed changes for the purposes of public consultation prior to the submission of the Joint Plan for examination later this year.

Executive will be asked to: Note the responses received at publication stage and approve the Schedule of Proposed Changes for public consultation purposes.
