Consultation process

In August 2016 approval was given by the Executive Portfolio Holder to bid to the HCA for grant funding to support the delivery of 65 homes for shared ownership. In February it was announced that the bid was successful. It is now necessary to seek Member approval for the Housing Revenue Account Investment Fund to match fund the HCA grant funding.
