Purpose of Report: To provide an update to Executive on the progress towards a new operating model for Adult Social Care, highlighting key developments and proposals for the next stage of the work.

 

Members will be asked to note the progress towards a new operating model, as the paper outlines the next stages of the work which is to use capital already agreed in the budget to facilitate recurring savings of up to £1.8m by 2019/20.
