Purpose of Report: To report to the Executive Member on the results of the TRO (Traffic Regulation Order) advertisement and further consultation for a scheme aiming to introduce improved cycle facilities and to rationalise the existing on-street parking along Holgate Road.

The Executive Member is asked to give approval to implement the measures.
