Consultation process
This report and the options contained within
it have been developed as a result of the reduction in Public
Health funding available and the requirement to offer a more
targeted service aimed at those in most need. The two smoking
advisers who TUPE’d into CYC on 1 April 2016, Community
midwives and the CCG have all be part of the decision making
process.
