Review of York’s Parish Charter
Purpose of Report: To review York’s charter between City of York Council and the 31 parish and town councils within the York local authority area, as represented by the York Branch of the Yorkshire Local Councils Associations (YLCA).
The Executive Member will be asked to approve the adoption of the
revised charter, sign it on behalf of City of York Council and
request that the charter be signed by the Chairman of the York
Branch of YLCA.
