Public Rights of Way – Proposal to restrict public rights over the alleyway between Brunswick Street/South Bank Avenue, Micklegate Ward, using Public Spaces Protection Order legislation
Purpose of Report: To outline the need to make a decision as to
whether or not to seal and make operative the Draft Public Spaces
Protection Orders.
The Executive Member is requested to agree with the officer
recommendation to not make operative both schemes.
Due to the volume of data involved, this issue has been split and renamed from Public Rights of Way - Proposal to restrict public rights over the following alleyways using Public Spaces Protection Order legislation; Curzon Terrace Alleyways and Burnswick Street/South Bank Avenue (both Micklegate Ward) to Public Rights of Way – Proposal to restrict public rights over the alleyway between Brunswick Street/South Bank Avenue, Micklegate Ward, using Public Spaces Protection Order legislation.
Curzon Terrace Alleyways will receive its own report.
