Changes to Fixed Penalty Notice Charges and Adoption of New Powers by the Neighbourhood Enforcement Team
Purpose of Report: To consider variations to Fixed Penalty Notice
charges to improve consistency of approach.
The Executive Member is asked to consider awarding the
Neighbourhood Enforcement Team additional powers to enforce the
Microchipping of Dogs Act 2015 and to
issue Fixed Penalty Notices for vehicles for sale on the public
highway.
Due to changes in legislation this item has been deferred to the June Executive Member for Housing and Safer Neighbourhoods Decision Session.
