Developing On-line Access to Council Services
Purpose of Report: For Members to comment on and endorse the
following in relation to the implementation of a new platform for
the delivery and expansion of on-line services to residents and
other service users:

• Priorities
• Communication Plans
• Risks
• Digital Inclusion/Access Activity
Members are asked to agree a response to Scrutiny Interim
Recommendations including resident on-line survey
findings.
