Free Youth Bus Travel for January 2016
Purpose of Report: To ask the Executive Member to give his consideration to a proposal for the funding of free travel on all of York's local bus services for young persons under the age 18 during an agreed period in early 2016.
The proposal already has funding allocated within the 2016 Budget but now seeks Executive Member approval for implementation.
Due to input error this item will be considered at the 9th December Executive Member Decision Session and not the 3rd December.
