Purpose of Report: To present a plan for structured renewals of the City's traffic systems assets including traffic signals, for which a recent asset condition assessment has shown are in need of significant investment.

The Executive Member is asked to approve a proposal for a programme of investment in the city's traffic signal equipment on a supply and maintenance basis.
