Energy Performance RE:FIT Project with Local Partnerships
Purpose of Report: To
set out the overall aim of RE:FIT, to help accelerate reduction of
energy use, cutting energy bills and helping the delivery of the
Carbon reduction targets for City of York Council.
The Executive Member is asked to instruct officers to work with
local partnerships to undertake Phase 1 of the RE:FIT program on
specific council owned buildings.
This item has been withdrawn because further financial evaluation of the scheme and the portfolio of buildings is required before progressing.
