Purpose of Report: To present details of a community asset transfer by way of a 99 year lease to Hamilton Panthers Football Club of the new changing rooms and community facility to be built in place of the existing buildings.

Members are asked to approve the transfer by way of a 99 year lease at a peppercorn rent.
