Applications for Community Right to Bid under the Localism Act 2011
Purpose of Report: This report presents
applications to list Holgate Allotments, Melbourne PH and
Clementhorpe Maltings as assets of community value.
The Executive Leader is asked to decide whether the above allotment site, public house and unused building should be added to the list of assets of community value.
This decision will be taken at a public Executive Leader Decision session on 29 June 2015.
