Purpose of Report: Executive are asked to

• approve the undertaking of a review of the senior management arrangements within the CYC.

• establish a requirement for a £200k annual saving to be achieved from a review of Director and Assistant Directors.

• require the findings of review and proposals for a revised senior management structure to be reported to Executive in August 2015.
