Consultation process
There has been regular communication and
consultation with CYC staff and Trade Union representatives on the
development and progress of the new Make It York organisation since
March 2104.
Formal consultation with the affected CYC staff and Trade Union
representatives on the transfer has been undertaken on a regular
basis and in line with statutory (TUPE) requirements and Council
procedure. Regular jointly chaired (MIY and CYC) consultation
meetings with Trade Union Representatives on the transfer concluded
on 13th May. The final formal meeting with CYC transferring staff
will take place on 10th June.
