Changes to City of York Council Housing Tenancy Agreement
Purpose of Report: To advise on general changes to the tenancy agreement plus proposed changes to succession rights.
The Cabinet Member is asked to be aware of changes to the tenancy agreement and decide on whether to agree to reduced succession rights for customers.
This report will now be considered at a public Decision Session of the Cabinet Member for Communities on 22December 2014.
