Purpose of Report: To
advise Cabinet of the outcome of the Leeds City Region (LCR)
procurement of a green deal provider.
Members are asked to acknowledge the collaborative work done
through the LCR competitive dialogue stages of procurement of a
green deal provider and to give delegated authority to officers to
negotiate and draw the call off contract.
