Pioneer Business Park – Application to remove restrictive covenant

Purpose of Report: To consider an application to lift the restrictive covenant of an office site on the Pioneer Business Park for low-cost residential development.
The Cabinet Member is asked to agree to the request to remove the restrictive covenant in return for a capital sum.

 

This decision may need to be taken urgently in order to allow the developer to proceed with the conversion work at an early date.

 

This decision will be taken by the Cabinet Member at a public decision session on 18th September 2014.
