Purpose of Report: To
update the Cabinet Member about the progress of Yorproperty, the voluntary accreditation scheme
since introduction in December 2013.
The Cabinet Member is asked to consider the next steps to ensure
that standards continue to be improved in the private rented
sector.
The Cabinet Member is also asked to acknowledge the success of the
scheme to date and to consider and agree the next steps.
