Purpose of Report: Agreement of Asset Management Policy to address requests to lift restrictive covenants placed on office premises at Clifton Moor when the offices were first constructed, in order to enable redevelopment for housing.

 

The Cabinet Member is asked to agree the adoption of the attached policy in considering lifting restrictive covenants on office developments at Clifton Moor.
