Rewiring Public Services – Proposals for Transformation of Services

Purpose of Report: The paper will set out the work to transform place-based services, adult social care, children’s social care and customer services over the next three years. It will describe how the innovation programme, ICT capital funding and a new organisation development programme will support the council to achieve its transformation objectives. The paper will set out the savings to be made over the next 2 years.

Cabinet will be asked to agree the proposals to progress with the transformation, including consultation and co-design with residents, and agree the initiation of implementation.
