Purpose of Report: To inform Members of the recommendations from the Local Plan Working Group meetings on 31March and 30 June, in their capacity as an advisory body to the Cabinet.
Cabinet are asked to approve the recommendations
from the Local Plan Working Group meeting held on 31 March 2014, in
relation to:
· Controlling Houses in Multiple Occupation – Supplementary Planning Document
· City of York Streetscape Strategy and Guidance.
and approve the recommendations from the Local Plan Working Group meeting held on 30 June 2014, in relation to:
· Draft Village Design Statements For Wheldrake, and For Strensall with Towthorpe For Consultation
