Housing and Community Safety Legal Actions
Purpose of Report: To inform the Cabinet
Member of the outcome of formal enforcement action taken in
accordance with the enforcement policy for environmental health,
trading standards, housing services and licensing services in the
period 1st October - 31st December 2013.
The Cabinet Member is asked to review prosecution work and approve
the continuation of the current policy on legal actions.
This item has been Withdrawn as it will now be reported on six monthly instead of quarterly.
