Purpose of Report: To recommend the sale of 17/21 Piccadilly and purchase of remaining freehold on Stonebow House.
Members are asked to approve the recommendationfor
the sale of 17/21 Piccadilly based on the analysis of the bids
received following the marketing of the property, and agree the
purchase of the portion of the freehold on Stonebow currently owned by North Yorkshire County
Council.
