Presenting ResPark petition from residents of Sails Drive estate
Purpose of Report: To present the petition from residents of Sails Drive estate whilst being mindful of extraneous surveys associated with University department/expansion plan.
The
Cabinet Member is asked to review the existing situation and
circumstances and provide a judgement on the way forward.
This report has been slipped to the public decision scheduled for
16 January 2014 meeting as officers are awaiting the outcome of the
University of York surveys before taking this report
forward.
