Sharpening our Focus to Deliver for the People of York
Purpose of Report: Over the past 4 months, a number of reviews and surveys have been undertaken to provide feedback on how the council is meeting the needs of its residents.

the LGA Peer Challenge and the Big York Survey. It identifies
issues to be addressed and strengths to be built upon. It confirms
council priorities and identifies how the council will sharpen its
focus, improve consultation processes and shape the delivery of
services.
