Purpose of Report: To update the Cabinet Member on the procurement in respect of the design of the Newgate Market refurbishment and to approve the appointment of the design team. This report and decision will only be required in the event that a contractor is selected through the procurement process whose bid is not the cheapest.
The Cabinet Member will be asked to approve the appointment of the design team.
