Infrastructure Investment Plan – EIF Business Case
Purpose of Report: to
recommend EIF spend for resources required to enable fast-tracking
of key development sites in line with our Get York Building
ambitions, and to set out how this spend ties into the next
milestones for setting out the plans for infrastructure investment
in the Autumn.
Members are asked to: approve EIF spend of £1m for the
resource required; Note further milestones/next steps in the
development of this agenda.
This item now includes the Get York Building – Investment Plan for Growth item which was originally listed separately on the Forward Plan.
