Purpose of Report: The report sets out proposals for Economic Infrastructure Fund allocations: (1) Leeds City Region - Revolving Investment Fund; (2) transport infrastructure proposals; and (3) Economic Inclusion.

Members are asked to: Approve the EIF allocations of:

• £1.63m for CYC to invest in the LCR Revolving Investment Fund (RIF)
• £200k required to fund the Economic Inclusion Programme
