Appointment of Contractor for the City Archive Capital Project
Purpose of Report: To update the Cabinet Member on the procurement in respect of the construction of the new Heritage Lottery funded city archive and to approve the appointment of the contractor. This report and decision will only be required in the event that a contractor is selected through the procurement process whose bid is not the cheapest.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the appointment of the
contractor.
This decision has been deferred until October pending completion of the procurement process.
This decision has been deferred to a November decision to allow time for completion of the Tender process.
