Improving Movement in the City Centre and Public Realm

Purpose of the report: To outline the wider economic and growth aspirations of the city and how the proposed trial would contribute to those agendas. Put forward the options for a trial, in relation to timing, phasing and enforcement and make a recommendation as to the preferred option. Outline the mitigation to be considered as part of the trial and as part of any future permanent scheme.

Cabinet Members are asked to agree the detailed design of the trial and agree to proceed with it's implementation.
