Purpose of the report: To

city centre with the new Poppleton Bar Park Ride site. The report

to consider. Each option will include use of a different vehicle

The Cabinet Member is requested to agree to a course of action
which will ensure that a bus operator is in place for commencement
of services by April 2014.
This report will include an annex containing details of commercial negotiations between the City of York Council of York Council and a potential operator which may be considered in private as it contains exempt information as described in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) in that the information relates to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
